You can now pick any Bot that you want to play against from any board – the old TimeControl chooser has been expanded to support Bot selection, and it also allows you, when offering a PVP game, to offer Unrated/Rated game.
(All Solo and Play Bot games are unrated, as are PVP games you play against yourself.)
